2. Ticket Purchases and Payments

DrivenBus allows you to purchase tickets for bus routes through the App. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the service. Ticket prices may vary based on the route, destination, and time of purchase.

2.2. Payment Methods

DrivenBus accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. You authorize DrivenBus to charge your payment method for any tickets purchased through the App.

2.3. Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds or cancellations are only available in specific circumstances as determined by DrivenBus. Please review our refund policy or contact customer support for more information.

3. Usage of the App

3.1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

• Posting, transmitting, or distributing content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

• Interfering with the operation of the App or disrupting other users’ experience.

3.2. User Conduct

All content and materials in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of DrivenBus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from DrivenBus.

6. Limitation of Liability

DrivenBus provides the App and its services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrivenBus shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your inability to use the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DrivenBus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any breach of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

DrivenBus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

DrivenBus may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of UAE.
